I made an enquiry and from the start I've received prompt assistance from them. Salesperson Uwe Geissler contacted me and we started with the deal. I wanted to  trade a 2018 Ford Ranger d/cab bakkie for a 2020 Ford Ranger double cab automatic. Without hesitation they offered me a reasonable trade in and fowarded a video of the vehicle I was interested in.  This vehicle was in immaculate condition and we processed the paperwork.  Two days later Salesperson  Uwe Geissler personally delivered the bakkie to my doorstep. Together we went through a checklist.  I pointed out 2 minor things on the bakkie that needed some attention. Uwe made a note on the checklist and told me to have it fixed, they will reimburse me. I have licensed the bakkie, got the number plates and the 2 minor things was fixed. Invoices was send to Cape Bakkie and the following day I was reimbursed with all of my expenses!.
Cape Bakkie Parow most certainly took pride in the vehicles they sell and I have received outstanding customer service from them. It was really a pleasure to do business with them!!!  I will recommend them at any time to someone who is interested in buying a used vehicle. Thanks so much Uwe Geissler from Cape Bakkie Parow for you friendliness and for the professional service.
